SLEP invites all professionals working in Pediatric Endocrinology to become members. To join as a SLEP member, you must submit the SLEP MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM, signed and scanned along with your curriculum (maximum 3 pages) and presentation letter by a SLEP member, signed and scanned to the New Members Admission Committee (firstname.lastname@example.org), which will evaluate the conditions of the applicant and inform the Secretary General. Final acceptance will occur during the Members' Annual Assembly.
We agreed that to become a member, the applicant must meet at least one of the following requirements:
hold a specialist degree (board certification) in Pediatric Endocrinology, Endocrinology or Endocrine Biochemistry, and if there is no specialist degree, need to prove experience in the field of Pediatric Endocrinology/Endocrinology/ Endocrine Biochemistry;
hold a doctorate or master's degree or equivalent in areas related to Pediatric Endocrinology;
have published at least one paper related to Pediatric Endocrinology in an international peer-reviewed indexed journal as main author or co-author.
To join the Society as a Training Member they must comply with the following requirements:
Send your application for admission, supported by a letter of recommendation from an Active Member of the Society.
Accredit their status as "professionals in training", for example, by attaching a certificate issued by the head of the service where they are studying the residency or the director of the postgraduate course or the supervisor of the doctoral or master's work together with a complete CV.
A minimum of one year in training will be required, prior to entering the society
All those professionals from Latin American countries who are undergoing training in the field of pediatric endocrinology or related disciplines may become Members in Training.
To join the Society as Training Members, they must meet the following requirements:

They will not pay ordinary or extraordinary fees for a maximum period of 5 years. Once this period has elapsed, they must apply for Active Partner. d. They may not hold positions on the Board of Directors or in the Operating, Ethics and Disciplinary Committees or the Accounts Reviewer.
