ICPE: Call for Secretariat Position

SLEP invites its members to apply for the Secretariat role within the International Consortium of Pediatric Endocrinology, an opportunity to actively contribute to international pediatric endocrinology coordination.

Dear members,

The Latin American Society of Pediatric Endocrinology (SLEP), as an active member of the International Consortium of Pediatric Endocrinology (ICPE), is pleased to announce the opening of the call for the Secretariat position within the consortium.

This role represents a valuable opportunity to actively participate in the coordination of international activities, contributing to the development and strengthening of pediatric endocrinology worldwide.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Coordination of ICPE and ICGC meetings: preparation of agendas, supporting documentation, attendance, minute-taking, and distribution of materials.
  • Follow-up of action items and updates of guidelines as required.
  • Maintaining up-to-date contact information for all member societies.
  • Management of annual memberships: invoicing, follow-up on payments, and bookkeeping records.
  • Updating the website with institutional information and ensuring supplier contracts and payments are up to date.
  • Managing nomination and election processes for future IMPE meetings and Consortium Chairs.

The position includes an annual budget of €3,200 to support Secretariat activities, in addition to travel expenses for attending meetings as required.
