SEEP/GT PEG Webinar: Update on SGA

The webinar will take place online on October 8, 2026, focusing on updated approaches to the follow-up of patients born SGA.

The Latin American Society for Pediatric Endocrinology (SLEP) shares information about the webinar “Update on SGA”, organized by the Spanish Society for Pediatric Endocrinology (SEEP) and the SGA Working Group.

The activity will take place on October 8, 2026, from 15:00 to 16:00 h, Spanish peninsular time, in an online format. The webinar will be moderated by Dr. Lourdes Ibáñez Toda.

The webinar offers an update for healthcare professionals interested in the management and follow-up of patients with a history of being born small for gestational age (SGA), a condition of particular relevance in pediatric endocrinology and longitudinal growth and development monitoring.

For SLEP members, this activity represents an opportunity for continuing education and academic exchange around a frequent topic in pediatric clinical practice, with implications for growth, pubertal development, metabolism, and follow-up strategies.

Participation in this type of scientific activity strengthens regional professional updating and promotes access to educational initiatives organized by leading pediatric endocrinology societies.
