SLEP invites its members to participate in an international survey focused on the diagnosis and management of pediatric growth hormone deficiency (GHD). This initiative is led by the ESPE Young Endocrinologists and Scientists (YES) group and offers an important opportunity to contribute the perspective of our region to a global effort.
The survey aims to assess current practices related to diagnostic strategies, treatment approaches, and clinical follow-up of children and adolescents with GHD. The information collected will help compare practices across countries and support a broader understanding of how this condition is managed in different clinical settings.
Although responses have already been received from multiple countries, Latin American representation remains limited. For this reason, the participation of SLEP members is especially valuable, as it will help highlight the regional experience and strengthen the international analysis with data drawn from everyday clinical practice.
Through the SLEP Growth Working Group, we encourage our community to complete the survey and share it with colleagues involved in this field. Your participation can make a meaningful contribution to improving shared knowledge on the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric GHD worldwide.
