Held in the Andean region, the event brought together SLEP leaders with young professionals and local experts from different countries. Over three days, it fostered an environment of active interaction, collaborative learning, and joint reflection on current challenges in pediatric endocrinology.

The Winter School offered workshops, clinical presentations, and debate sessions, allowing participants to exchange experiences and best practices. Members from the Andean region and SLEP authorities actively participated, emphasizing the importance of such events as drivers of regional transformation.
